CANCELLATION POLICY
As like all companies we have a cancellation policy. We need to be informed if a pupil cannot attend a lesson at least 24 hours before their lesson. If this notice is not provided then we have to charge for the lesson. However, as we are a small company we will do our best to rearrange lessons.
We understand that there are exceptional circumstances when lessons have to be cancelled at short notice and we have said above, we will do our best to assist in rearranging the lesson.
